It’s a competitive world, the design industry. In an age where anyone with a pc and a basic working knowledge of Photoshop can profess to be a designer, it’s not surprising that we’re ten a penny. Now don’t get us wrong, we don’t mind a little healthy competition: it was once the very thing that drove standards higher and pushed designers to new creative heights. These days, though, it just makes it harder to see the wood for the trees.
For each agency out there that understands design is more than just aesthetics, that values innovation over imitation, who knows that, sometimes, the simplest ideas are the best, there are twenty more churning out pretentious identikit rubbish – and charging clients an obscene fee for the privilege.
That’s the thing with originality, you’ve either got it or you haven’t. And even that won’t cut it on its own.
A good designer knows that, important as it is, designing is only one part of their job: the rest is about communicating. Finding out what the client really wants, articulating ideas simply, arguing points convincingly, explaining processes patiently and in terms which don’t require the services of a UN interpreter – all of this should be part of the job description.
Add to that a willingness to compromise and an innate understanding of the phrase ‘time is of the essence’ and you’re in business.

We require CAD plans (or pdf plans if CAD isn’t available) with base plans and elevations.
We quote each project separately depending on the amount of hours needed to complete it.
The time to produce a render depends on the level of detail required such as complex lighting, textures and exterior environments.
Prices can be further reduced dependant the amount of renders we produce for you each month. For example if we produce between 10 and 20 renders for you per month we’re able to discount by around 25%.
We normally produce still renders in TIFF or JPG formats. However, we can produce them in TV, DVD, and HD (High Definition) formats if required. The animated 360’ VR option can be supplied in QuickTime that’s just an image you can turn around to every direction, or we can produce a walkthrough animation following any camera path that’s required.
